As an introductory offer to new landlords we are currently offering a 0% management fee for the first 3 months of a short assured tenancy and 10% thereafter. What makes us different? Long term lets

A long term let is classed as 6 months plus. Our service includes the following -

  • A free no obligation appraisal
  • Free Marketing
  • Securing and vetting tenants
  • Completion of all legal paperwork
  • Organising of safety requirements
  • Handling of all maintenance issues
  • Routine quarterly inspections
  • Digital inventory
  • Transfer of utilities

 

Let only service

We also offer a tenant finding service. This includes a free rental appraisal, marketing, vetting tenants, transfer of utilities and providing all legal paperwork. Once a tenant is secured management is passed onto you the landlord.

 

Short term lets

A short term let is a hassle free alternative for lets under six months. Whether accommodation is required due to re-location, business or pleasure a short term let is ideal. All utilities and council tax remain in the landlords name, allowing the tenant the freedom from being tied down and allowing you as the landlord to enjoy your property when you wish whilst obtaining an income.

 

Festival lets

Due to the Edinburgh festival there is a high demand for City Centre accommodation during the months of July and August. Rentals are charged at a weekly rate allowing you to make a higher rental income.
